Surgical Services boasts near 100% patient satisfaction and very low SSI (surgical site infection rate). We review approximately 11,000 surgical cases and perform 14,000 surgical procedures annually. We follow the criteria set forth in the Surgical Care Improvement Project, a national initiative for improving the quality of the surgical patient population. We also subscribe to the correct surgery, correct site, and correct patient for every patient who undergoes a procedure. Patient safety and customer satisfaction are our number one goals.
