Childbirth Classes – So those expecting know what to expect! Learn more about pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care in our popular childbirth classes. This is a great place for you and your partner to learn about the physical and emotional changes of childbirth, the labor and birth process, options for relaxation and breathing, support techniques, and more. It’s also a wonderful way to connect with other new moms.

American Heart Association CPR Classes
If you have a group of 6 interested friends, family or acquaintances, we will be more than happy to schedule a class just for you and your group. Classes offered include:
Friends and Family CPR: Adult, child, and infant CPR with introduction to AED (Automated External Defibrillator). Created for anyone who wants to learn CPR and does not need a course completion card in CPR. Cost: $20 per person
HeartSaver with AED: Adult, child, and infant CPR, includes training on AED (Automated External Defibrillator). Program is designed for: corporate and retail employees, security, law enforcement, health and fitness staff, and anyone who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED. Cost: $35 per person
HeartSaver First Aid with CPR & AED: Adult, child, and infant CPR, AED and first aid training. Course is designed for anyone who needs basic first aid for medical emergencies (choking, heart attack, seizures, stroke, allergic reactions, shock, low blood sugar), injury emergencies (bleeding, wounds, broken bones, burns & electrocution, as well as head, neck, and spine injuries), and environmental emergencies (bites and stings, temperature- related emergencies, and poison).Cost:$55 per person
HeartSaver First Aid (without CPR & AED): Course is designed for anyone who needs basic first aid for the emergencies listed above but who does not require or already has current CPR/AED certification. Cost:$35 per person
Healthcare Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) & AED: Adult, child, and infant CPR and AED training. Course is designed for physicians, nurses, therapists, and another healthcare providers who require completion card and validation of skills. Written test required.Cost:$55 per person.
